Weekly Workshop: Preparation for Black Belt Test
The next workshop will begin in September.

Every Friday, 3:45 - 4:50 p.m. -- Black Belt Testing Candidates ONLY unless approved by Mrs. Franklin
All First-Degree Brown Belts are welcome to particpate in weekly practice sessions with Mrs. Franklin to prepare for the Black Belt exam. If you plan to test for your Black Belt, this is an opportunity -- at no charge -- to get in some extra practice. YOU MUST KNOW BOTH BEETHOVEN AND EXODUS, as this workshop is to sharpen skills, NOT learn the curriculum.
Each week, we cover the entire curriculum and then finish by focusing on some of the special skills needed for attaining Black Belt: falls, balance drills, and 9-count technical kick. There is no fee for this workshop.
Students must wear their testing uniform (pants, belt, and jacket, not tee-shirt) and bring with them the same positive attitude they bring to their regular classes.
